1. License Grant

AI Art Generator Ltd grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our Apps for personal, non-commercial purposes.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

• Modify, reverse engineer, or decompile the Apps
• Rent, lease, sublicense, or distribute the Apps
• Use the Apps for unlawful purposes

3. Ownership

The Apps are licensed, not sold.
All rights remain the property of AI Art Generator Ltd.

4. Third-Party Services

The Apps may integrate with:

• Google Gemini
• DeepSeek AI
• OpenStreetMap
• Cloud infrastructure providers

We are not responsible for third-party service interruptions or policies.

5. Updates

We may provide updates or modifications.
We are not obligated to maintain compatibility with all devices indefinitely.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Apps are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee:

• Error-free operation
• Continuous availability
• Specific AI results

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI Art Generator Ltd shall not be liable for damages arising from:

• Use or inability to use the Apps
• AI-generated content
• Third-party integrations

8. Termination

This license terminates automatically if you violate this Agreement.

Upon termination, you must stop using and delete the App.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
